OK, I'm new to this, but the above should be a quote from sailboatgirl--I hope it worked.
Actually, we're from the Oklahoma City area and did attend the Panhellenic tea in our area. We submitted their form and are hoping for the best, though apart from one lady that we knew personally, they didn't tell us which sorority they were with, or if they would actually submit a rec for my daughter. My daughter has a couple of very nice recs for several of the houses and we are hoping that they will be adequate.
Right now, we are sponges and are trying to gather any information that might be helpful. These boards are the greatest! Thank you for the tip!
