Sorry to crash this board.
Being in any sorority (DZ or any other) is as time consuming as you and the chapter make it. Events such as rush and greek week take up alot of time but only last a week or two. In my chapter there would be weeks where all I did was attend a meeting once a week and other weeks where I was doing something every day. Of course, if you are in a leadership position, you will be spending alot more time on sorority stuff.
When you go through rush, ask the sisters what a typical week is like.
