I finally looked at the CC thread this evening. It was very eye opening, sugar and spice made a lot of good, valid points that I can strongly agree with. It amazed to see other GCers viewpoints who normally don't post in threads like that one. Some were bery vehement.
Then you have others who still are harping on being harrassed or what not.
IMO, the lawsuit is sort of frivolous, but based on what I read about A&F's hiring process, THAT is frivolous and superficial as well. Their clothes do suck. They look used beyond belief. Someone in CC mentioned that the clothes are made for the "Average college student" which since White students are the majority college student, then I guess it is made for the "average white college student."
