My mom named me Sarah, and she thought she was being different because at the time, there weren't many. Now, we're everywhere! All throughout grade school, all the other Sarah's and I would scream "SPECIFY!" when the teacher would call on just plain "Sarah." ARGH
There aren't many nicknames for Sarah...so my friends just call me Sa, or Sarah G (my middle name starts with a G) to differentiate. My family affectionately calls me "Harass" because if you remove the 2nd "s" Haras is Sarah spelled backwards.
