www.betajournal.com for their classifieds. Chapters offer stuff there all the time. Conventions sell their stuff both places and E-Bay also is a place convention stuff sometimes ends up. If you have a member who has an embroidery machine that's a good way to get chapter specific things done and most silk screen t-shirt shops will do custom orders.
