Generic advice to all that my best friend gave me: Be authentic. Don't be so forward that you appear trashy, don't be clingy, but don't be hard to get either. I am not saying be easy. There is a fine line that you can walk where you are sincere, let it be know that you're interested, and be above the game playing. We all say that we want to be with someone that genuinely appreciates and loves us for who we really are, then we pull out this "I have to pretend I'm not interested and play hard to get." We're all stupid for falling for it. Although I think some understanding is nice, I like being a little intrigued by the fact that I don't know everything about the opposite sex - Appreciate the mystery and difference.
