Keep in mind that those of us in South LA have been bombarded by this on a daily basis and have seen the incompetence of the task force come out as the case has unfolded.
The city of Zachary has had Lee as a suspect in its 2 unsolved murders for years. The TF didn't want their help. At least 2 other women died because they were too full of themselves.
I have a friend that's in the BR news media, doing crime reporting, and she has told me personally (not in a news report) that the TF was all a front; that none of the agencies wanted to work together because they all wanted to be the ones who caught the SK
I'm so very happy that they weren't really the ones who caught them. Yay for the Zachary PD, Atlanta PD, and everyone else who helped catch this guy.
