i can tell you right now most of those people are ignorant about greeks, and are biased against fraternitys, but that reason they want them in trouble is mostly because of their gay friend.
i do believe action should be taken against the chapter, because although not all of the the brothers were involved, they have to take some responsibility for what their brothers did and how they represented the orginization.
and as far as exaggeration goes, alcohol can can cause a lot of seemingly smart people to do stupid things
