I'm torn on this issue. On one hand, the guys who were involved in this seem like they were behaving like complete jerks, and there should be some sort of punishment for the way they acted. On the other hand, we only have one side of the story, and it did seem a little biased in the way it was re-told. Furthermore, from the recap, it seems like only 20 (at most) of the SAEs were involved in the little brawl that occurred, while the SAE webpage lists over 50 brothers. Should the entire fraternity be punished for something that not even half the chapter participated in? I don't know. And yes, it seems like a lot of the people who posted just wanted to see these guys shut down because they're a fraternity . . . not because a handful of the guys acted like a-holes.

I'd wait at least until I heard what the SAE president had to say before deciding whether or not to write into the SAE HQ.
