My best guy friend is a Theta Chi! I remember when we both pledged our own GLO's our Frosh year I saw his manual in his bathroom...dunno if it was easy reading, but anyways. I was concerned so I handed it to him saying that he probably shouldn't leave that stuff just sitting around. He laughed and said that it wasn't secret information and then said he'd show it to me...I still refused cuz it wasn't any of my business.
