I wear scrubs to work and sometimes i go to a restaurant on my way home to pick up food or to the grocery store-I always get asked -are you a nurse or what type of nurse are you-ARGGGGG Just b/c I am a female do not assume I am a nurse, females can be Drs. too!!!!!
I also hate it when male clients think they can run all over you just b/c you are a female. There have been some instances where male clients would only talk to or look at the male technicians-nevermind that the vet. (most of the vets that work here are females)is the one they need to be paying attention to.
