Not to offend anyone...

I will have to agree with the other posts....the chapters (GLOs) I'm pursuing at one of the local colleges are very diverse. It does vary by state, region & campus chapter.

From what I can tell overall, the "race-relations department" at the GLOs near by has change for the better since I went through formal rush back in 1989; I think that is partly b/c more and more minority women are going to college these days. etc.).
