I donate to the Kappa Delta Foundation because I know where the money is going, and I approve.

I do not donate to my college because I am wary of giving them my money and letting them do as they please.

Once I am able to donate a substantial portion of money to my college (crossing fingers), I will dicate to them what the money is to be used for.
