From Anchorage, up north towards Fairbanks, then east into the Yukon Territory, south back into Alaska. Board a ferry in Haines, AK on a Monday afternoon, arrive in Bellingham, WA the following Friday morning. To just south of Portland, OR for that weekend, then to San Francisco. I could easily head further south of San Francisco if the copilot desired. Plenty of flights out of Seattle, Portland, the Bay Area, or greyhound and Amtrak for the TRULY adventurous!!!
Come on, who doesn't want to take two weeks out of their life to drive through parts of Alaska and Canada, and then spend 5 days on a FERRY? We call it "the poor man's cruise". You'll even get free food and beer in Oregon!!!

I think you meant can.  And yes, there is, I think under privacy. You can also choose to only accept IMs from people in your buddy list, or to accept from buddies and get a pop-up message asking "GeekyPenguin has send you a message, do you wish to accept?" for everyone not in your list.

Im in a bitter mood today...
my roomate decided to come home at 5am...and turn on the lights in the room (its a dorm we have to share) and make noise and wake me up when i had to be up at 7am...
PLUS i was in the middle of a REALLY good dream
I cant wait til i get off work so i can take a nap...4 hours and counting til 5pm...

I am angry with myself for my grades last semester. Let's just say I wouldn't be in good standing with Gamma Phi if I was still active.
Thank goodness for transferring not taking my GPA and for online classes so I can retake the one I failed and bring my grades back up to where they belong.

My client is a coward. He's told everyone in my soon-to-be-ex-department that he's canceling my contract - except me. He's introduced everyone in the department to my successor - except me. He told everyone not to tell me that he was letting my contract lapse until he'd had a chance to speak to me - then he spent the entire day avoiding me.

Hey duders, Friends is quality entertainment....but I love the Simpsons too! It's just hard when you have the Simpsons, Seinfeld, and Friends all going on at the same time. AHHH!!! Which one to watch?!?!
