I have to be honest and say that my chapter makes no exceptions and we have been very sad to see a few really sweet girls get cut. We look at total GPA (or high school GPA if that is where they are coming from) and not semester to semester. Our Recruitment Chair encourages girls with GPA's that are too low to work hard to bring their GPA up and then do informal rush or COB. I'd send a note to the Recruitment Chair of DG and ask what their policy is...I'm not sure what to tell you, except we don't make any exceptions.

Edited to add: If there is a reason (family hardship, ect. - I know how this effects grades with the death of my mother last semester) then contact the Recruitment Chair and she will let the right people know to make a decision.

Then there are friends who sail together, through quiet waters and stormy weather. Helping each other through joy and through strife. And those are the kind who give meaning to life.
