Not everything is based on looks! And don't assume one sister looks like the rest of the house. I know my chapter had a sister who looks like a "Sk8r Boi" and another who won't leave the house without makeup but will still be in PJs. Just look pulled-together and confident.

I didn't mean appearnce only, but I can see how you got that
. A lot of sisters come into my work, and some of them act like the type of girl who would look at me like a wad of gum scraped from her shoe if I walked into her house during rush. But I do know that not every one is like that, I've seen both sides from the same chapter!
