Yes, Theta Phi Alpha has alumna initiation. You should contact your chapter advisor or the national officer in charge of alumnae for more details.
About 10 years ago, from what I remember, the candidate goes through the new member program which is tailored to her schedule. She also takes the national exam closed book and must pass. Some sororities let you take it open book. All of this, of course, only happens after the candidate is approved by the Executive Board.
