There are some outlets not far from Cincy, off of Interstate 71 North (from Cincy the sign will say Columbus). There's a Prime Outlets mall, and a couple of others along the road. They're within an hour and a half drive North of Cincy. I was just up there this past weekend. I know they have Saks, Liz Clabourne, and Nike Outlets.
