I think most everyone who showed initial interest has posted their availability. It looks like
Friday, June 27 is our day. I recommend
Austin or San Antonio as both are centrally located. I think Austin would be our better bet, so that the Dallas area folks wouldn't have to travel an additional hour or so to San Antonio. We SA GC'ers can car pool to Austin if you'd like.
Now, what to do, what to do. Here is a suggestion from when we tried doing this last year:
