I second that!
My first university had no NPC's, so I had never heard of formal recruitment. I joined GC last July, when you could feel the buzz around GC with formal recruitment only a couple of weeks away.
Now that I've transferred schools and joined
ADP, formal recruitment is in the air again, and I can hardly wait !!! I never experienced formal recruitment from the PNM side, so I really like to hear how everyone else 'sees' it.
