I call and get my returned check fee waived EVERYTIME. I usually just sweettalk the associate. They can really do it if they want to. If it doesn't work the first time, I'll call back to see if I can catch a "brotha" or a "sista"

Aiight aiight. A few times, I've packed a blonde hair (blonde so they don't think I did it) in my bag and planted it in my food as I was halfway through my meal to get it free. I learned this from my father. He used to catch a roach, kill it, put it in a medicine bottle, and bring it to the restaurant.
There was a murder in the apartment complex I'm moving in. It wasn't random or anything and it wasnt a break in. The guy who was killed was a parole officer and one of his parolees did it. I already knew this a long time ago, but I called the leasing office "distraught"
and said the whole situation didn't sit well with me and I was considering not moving in. How bout I get the first 3 months 1/2 off in addition to a discounted rate for the whole year. That's whats up!
