If you want formal rush training, there's an event called the Recruitment Boot Camp, I believe there is still room to sign up, but the last spots in the two sections are going quickly.

This is being put on by CampusSpeak, (who is also looking for interns) So it's not just a TKE event or a Fraternity event, but it will cover all types of formal and unformal rush and working with other chapters on your campus WITH A MONEY BACK GAURENTEE YOUR NUMBERS WILL GO UP. do yourself a favor, check it out, mention it to your exec boards, if your looking for help, this is a great way to get it.
