I agreee withe everything you all said here but I can still add more.

A leader must be fair and equal.

Be able to set personal feelings aside.

Have an open mind.

Have an open door.

Realize that they represent the chapter as a whole.

Make decisions with the best interest of the chapter in mind.

Be a Brother/Sister above all else.

I'm sure the list can go on and on.
