I agree with you BirthaBlue4 about people knowing what the financial responsibilities are but people's financial situations change and I was referring more to the disrespect that some members in various organizations experience when they can't pay their dues.
I too have a problem with people that can't pay their dues, don't show up at any programs and every time you see them they are out partying and have on new nelia!
