I was home on Good Friday, and A&E aired this case on
American Justice. I didn't know that Cherica had not only called the cops and remained lucid until paramedics found her but also that, from her hospital bed, she was able to write down a good amount of what happened before she went into a coma. Very sad situation all around ... all in an effort to avoid paying child support.
