Physical qualities: She cares what she looks like, not a suermodel, just someone who takes care of herself. I personally prefer a "cute" girl over a "hot" girl. And eyes and legs are the two things I check out first.
Character qualities: She's fun. You can be dumb with her and enjoy yourself. She likes kids. She has a sense of humor. She is tolerating of quirks. But most of all, she doesn't come with her bags already packed full of drama.
