These were women that we love, and we love them with their peircings, but it is distracting during recruitment. It makes it much easier to just take it out. Unfortunately for some of us we don't have the luxury of not doing to the total rush thing, (matching outfits, balloons and decorations everywhere, decorating cars, etc!) It isn't as laid back as many places, although I really wish it were!

Also, just some FYI weed wacker wire is the perfect size if you are wanting to make sure it doesn't close up.

We have the same policy - all non-ear piercings have to come out for recruitment. It presents a better image of your chapter.
