It just gets worse... and worse... and worse...
There has been a changing of the guard at my client company, with the result that it is extremely unlikely that my contract will be renewed past the end of next month. So as of June 1 I'm back on unemployment.
I also had to suffer through two evenings with my in-laws for Passover. I'm beginning to think the family fight should just be made a formal part of the seder. My husband, naturally, sided with them and now isn't talking to me.
Life pretty much sucks right about now.......
