Bulldogs are great if you live in an apt - they're not "outside dogs" and certainly don't need that much room to move around (unlike labs).
I also volunteer a lot w/ bulldog rescue...fostering, transporting, etc.
BTW, I had Nigel before I met my husband. Love me, love my dog...and he does!
