On July 31st I will have been married one year...to the man I truly love and to the man that I believe the Lord placed in my life for me. I had gone through some mess with a man that I "loved" when I got tired of the mess I decided to just be by myself for a while. Then one of the associate pastors at my church (and an old friend of the family) asked if I was seeing anyone etc...because he had someone who he wanted me to meet. I told him I wanted to be by myself for a while and get myself together -he told me about one of the associate ministers at our church. I had never even noticed the man (we have about 10 associate ministers) anyway to make a long story short...maybe a month later his name came up again...he called me we talked on the phone one night for about 7 hours! He took me places and loved me from the heart! Fourteen months later he proposed to me at the end of Sunday service...right from the pulpit in front of God, the congregation and everyone!
There wasn't a dry eye in the place!
My point is I wasn't looking for my husband -and when I stopped looking for love in all the wrong places...God gave me the love of my life! I am blessed! Let me go call my boo
before I start crying... ****sniff**sniff***
