This is particularly true if she is in your direct "chain of command," so to speak.
There is additional exposure to you if/when you break up. If it's acrimonious, she could claim harassment and make it very uncomfortable for you.
I know of a number of office romances that have worked out very well, but they do come with much more than usual baggage to deal with.
