Sometime you get to the point where encouragement isn't enough. It's always nice, but not always sufficent. If you are truly "rockbottom" you'e definitely in need of some sort of professional intervention. Otherwise, I'd just say you're in a pretty nasty rut. Only you can know that for sure.
