You beat me to this comment.

I'll bet my next paycheck the parents who don't pay any mind to teaching their children morals at home will be the first to be outraged and blame the school/staff/etc for not doing the parents' job for them. IMHO, it's too easy to pass the buck when kids aren't learning what they need to learn to be productive individuals. "Special Ed" does *not* means it's OK to slack on teaching good behaviour and right from wrong, especially w/ how to treat other people.

Just 2 cents from a visitor.
