SKATING IS A TERM USED WHEN A LINE OR A INDIVIDUAL DID NOT EARN THEIR LETTERS IN SOMEONE ELSE'S EYE. SIMILIAR TO THE TERM 'PAPER', IT IS NOT A NICE TERM.
