We're lucky... we have a women only apartment building next door. Accross the street in one direction is this guy (who we think is running a meth lab) and the other direction accross the street is a tiny house filled with about 20 Mexicans (not exaggerating) -- I don't think that house has running water either as there is a hand pump in the back yard.
So they're either partying with us, afraid to complain or don't know how to complain
ACACIA on the other hand has this BITCH next door. I remember a couple semesters ago when they were having rush she called the police and then the news media. So their Rush party was on Channel 5
