Not to be rude but are you being serious?
That sounds made up. Not very many women I know would be like, "Oh, you could be with another girl? well Iwouldn't make a scene!" I'd be like, "Then I am done with you! Enjoy the other girl!"
Clearly you have little respect for this girls emotions, if you truly believe she is into you more than you are in to her, you need to be up front about it. Tell her you don't want anything serious, and since she is clearly in 'another place' it's not going to work out if you date, as you don't want/can't give her what she needs.
This is good advice.
But seriously...this story is a bit odd to me.
