Here are samples:
My favorite roomie (one of my best friends) used to talk on the phone all the time, every day for hours to her family. She was a family girl, homesick all through college but it got a
little better as time went on. She is still homesick in med school. What was the problem with her being on the phone so much? No other calls could get through. NOT ONE. Our dorms only had ONE WAY with NO CALL WAITING, VM, etc.
Oh yeah there was the time she gave away our last 2 slices of pizza that I sat in class dreaming about eating away to the dorm nerd.
My first roomie used to turn the HEAT off and open windows in the dead of wintry nights in OHIO. I had a thin comforter. She had like 2 GREAT BLANKETS that were warm as hell. So we were always doing the Window & Heat Tango in the middle of the night. HA on her azz for getting mono. Oh and she played MEATLOAF to death that fall and then transitioned to Toni Braxton after I introduced her to Toni.
LOL, funny story about Rachael, first roomie: She was white. That spring, one day she came in from her shower (NEVER had a stinky roomie
) and asked did I have some lotion. What BLACK person doesn't?
So I told her it was on the dresser help yourself. She was like NOOOOOOOOO I need suntan lotion.
I was like Rachael (DZ, BTW) I was born with my tan.
So really my stories are typical roomie spats. You all had the spawns of Satan.
Oh and AMYCAT, I am still CTFU @ your roomie for preparing to take the dog to the pound. HI-FREAKING-LARIOUS.
