It might seem like this would be true, but you'd be able to throw a couple of the bids out no problem b/c you just didn't like that house. It would also make NPC rush more objective, since you could then throw out the chapters that didnt' meet your requirements (whether academic, social, size, intramurals).

It really wouldn't be as daunting as you'd imagine.
