I've never ordered actual letters from them, just random shirts and shorts and other things, so I can't really comment on the quality of the letters. But all the items I have gotten have been pretty good quality.
If you have questions, email them. I've been working with one of their people named Stuart, he's really nice and has been great about getting back to me.
