I hate either having to pass up 10 good parking spots because they're occupied by carts or coming back out to the lot and finding that someone has left their cart behind my car or close enough that it could get scratched. PUT YOUR CARTS BACK, PEOPLE!
I did that once at Costco. Sorry. It will never happen again.
