I joined Alpha Gam because it felt right. I went through formal rush feeling empty. AGD came and it felt right!

My favorite memory is during rush when I recieved my invitation to sisterhood. It was the begining and the best feeling in the world!! There was no question!!!!!

Hi everyone! I just discovered Greek Chat a couple of days ago, so this is my first post!
Name: Kathleen
Chapter: Gamma Phi at Georgia Tech
Pledge Class: 2000 (I'm a sophomore)
Why I joined: Actually, the girl that I stayed with when I came to visit Tech was the President of Alpha Gam, and she was SO sweet! When I went through rush she was standing in the opening hall greating everyone and she came over and gave me a big hug. All during rush she made a point to come talk to me for a long time during the parties. She was one of the largest factors in my decision to join Alpha Gam, and now she's my sister mom.. but she graduated last year...
Favorite Memory: Wow.. there's too many of these since I live in the house, but one recent thing that people on campus might remember us for is that Outkast was at our Crush Party. We had it in the back room at Cafe Intermezzo. Anyway, they were walking by the building and heard us play a song of theirs, so they came back to say hi and take pictures. It was really cool!

Hey my name is Cara, I am from the Delta Gamma chapter at Montana State University- Bozeman. I just pledged and Initiated last fall. My favorite memory was when I asked our then chapter president, why she joined this house, and she replied with a cool saying...when you have a horrible day, there are 40 girls to bring you up, and when you have a great day, there are 40 girls to celebrate with you...that is the greatest thing about our house!!!

Congratulations!!! Your member status goes by how many posts you have. After 100, you will be "upgraded" to Senior Member.

We've been kidding around a bit...but we think we should add another level...for posts over 1000, GCers earn the title "Obsessive/Addicted Member"!!!
