I remember when I first joined I was so psyched about the concept of Rush! like "let's get everyeone we can to join" and while I see a lot of brothers, as they get older, care less and less about rush, my enthusiasm hasn't dwindled like theirs. Which is not to say it hasn't been reformed: I see now that Rush is not supposed to be about numbers, it should be quality over quantity!
And our house always used to get them just by throwing big ass events: now I realize Rush is less about events, an' more about brothers meetin' people. Things that are handy to know as Rush chair.
