Dumb question, but could they have been snap bids or last-minute COB by a chapter that is under total?
I know at Valpo, sororities can start COBing and issuing bids to people who didn't go through formal recruitment (or who dropped out) about 3-5 hours after Bid Day revealing/matching/welcoming officially begins. If there was someone who went through 3 days of parties, dropped, etc. I *think* they might be able to offer snap bids or quickie COB.
