On this campus, decorations on on the windows, yard, etc

That is, off campus.

We do have 2 "Houses" on campus, yet, they are not permitted to have their greek letters on the house itself (like normal greek houses). Last time I heard it was do to the campus regulations saying they would have their chapter pulled from campus and/or a village bylaw.
