That must have been a tough time for your friend. I'm happy, for his sake, that it wasn't the girl he dated.

When something like this happens it's hard not to feel bad for the people who have lost their lives and for their families. Those feelings are compounded when there is a connection to those involved in the tragedy.

On that note, I am deeply saddened for those who have just lost their loved ones in the Shuttle accident this morning.
