I'm from nor cal so I'll tell you whats going on at our campus. Fraternities and sororities are recruiting right now. There is a new local fraternity XXX, you got it, the Tri Chi's. They are looking to get picked up from a national fraternity. We already havs 11-12 IFC fraternities, and I don not know of we need another one. I'm from Sac state, so I don't know how UC Davis is doing. I actually thought the articles was decent. It wasn't a negative article. ChiDeltJen prolly knows more about what's going on.
