None of that. He's a nice guy, like I've said, it's just that we have too many people like him already. He's not social, everyone has agreed we have too many people who are not willing to socialize. Our reputation has been damaged because of it and we need to balance things out. I'm not saying the guy can't be friends with us and possibly get a bid next semester.
As for RUSH CZAR, it didnt work while we were an interest group because there was no pledging. The rush chair of an interest group will have way way too much power in a rush czar system. In that case it caused a crapload of problems so we threw it out. It especially causes problems when you have a rush chairman that sucks and bids everyone.
Now we are going by it since we are now a colony. All bids are at my disposal, however, people whine and bitch too much and question if I know what I'm doing. Frankly I'm not putting up with it and I wanted them to know that their exec board supports me so I let them make the decision.
