Hey girl. I think you need to find out *why* she doesn't want to rush anymore. The reason would change how you approach it -- does she think she won't get a bid to Phi Mu? Is she afraid she will? Does she not like her PX? Did one of her friends convince her XYZ is the only way to go? Did she decide sorority girls suck? etc., etc., etc.
That said I think you should go with the gentle approach... but definately encourage her to wait it out until the end. If she doesn't want her bid, I guess she can always decline it.
