Last night was a perfect example as why many women do not get ahead. The guys are voting off the weakest links, while the girls are voting off people who they dislike. Gladys is pregnant and is just taking up space, instead of voting her off they gave her the lifesaver. They voted off Beth and Julie (who was very strong in competition) because they said they weren't team players----which translates into oh such and such did not talk to me...she won't be my friend...she's not "nice"...let's vote her off.
How are they going to keep up with the guys when the game gets more competitive and less political towards the end?
