This is tough...

I'd have to say that it's probably a tie between West Side Story and Jesus Christ Superstar, based on the strength of the songs alone.

Of course, I'm a bit of a heretic in that in some cases I prefer the filmed version of the show over the stage versions.

KDatUTC: I absolutely adored Flower Drum Song! It hought I was the only person who liked that one.
